Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical, chemical, polymer or industrial engineering (or related field) as a baseline.
• 5+ years of experience in roll covering, polymer processing, rubber manufacturing, polyurethane processing, or similar industrial setting.
• Strong knowledge of covering technologies, materials, curing, bonding, finishing and KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise daily roll covering operations across PU, composites, rubber and related technologies.
• Plan and coordinate production schedules, allocate workforce, and ensure materials, tooling and equipment readiness.
