Job summary

PT Wahana Inti Selaras, a leading distributor of agricultural machinery and heavy equipment, seeks a qualified professional to oversee aftersales operations at the Merauke site. You will coordinate daily service activities, monitor workshop performance, and ensure compliance with safety standards.

Responsibilities include coordinating maintenance, repair work, warranty administration, and technical support, while supervising foremen and technicians.

Qualifications

• Minimum S1 in Business, Engineering, or related field.
• 3–5 years in aftersales operations or service coordination.
• Strong knowledge of aftersales processes and warranty management.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate daily aftersales operations to ensure service activities are completed efficiently and in accordance with company standards.

Monitor workshop performance, service quality, and turnaround time to achieve established service KPIs.

Coordinate the execution of preventive maintenance, repair, warranty claims, and technical support activities.

Supervise and support Foreman, Technicians, and Staff personnel to ensure smooth operational workflow.

Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and service follow-ups to improve customer satisfaction and long-term relationships.

Prepare and analyze aftersales performance reports, including service productivity, customer feedback, warranty performance, and operational improvements.

Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and standard operating procedures within the service operation.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service efficiency, customer experience, and operational effectiveness.
Qualifications

Min. S1 in Business, Engineering, or a related field.

Minimum 3–5 years of experience in aftersales operations, workshop management, or service coordination within the heavy equipment, automotive, or related industry.

Strong understanding of aftersales processes, including maintenance planning, repair coordination, warranty administration, and spare parts management.

Demonstrated ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and manage service operations effectively.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify operational improvement opportunities.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-oriented mindset.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and capable of preparing operational and performance reports.

Familiarity with heavy equipment products, particularly in the agricultural sector, will be an advantage.

Willingness to be placed in Merauke Site Area.
