Job summary

Pengiklan Anonim is seeking an experienced operations leader to plan, organize, and direct daily activities in a wood manufacturing plant. You will oversee PPIC, Production, Maintenance and QA to ensure quality and on-time shipping, while managing budgets and preventive maintenance programs.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering with at least 10 years in wood working or feed mill environments, and a proven ability to drive productivity and asset performance in Central Java.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor Degree in Engineering with 10 years proven experience working in wood working plant or feed mill.
• Experience in handling plant commissioning is a must.
• Have knowledge & troubleshooting for production machinery
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications and technology
• Willing to be placed in Central Java area

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, direct and coordinate daily operations of the wood manufacturing plant (PPIC, Production, Maintenance and QA).
• Oversee overall production activities to ensure quality and efficiency targets are met.
• Responsible for wood production output, product quality and on-time shipping.
• Manage plant financials such as budgets, purchasing, capital, etc. to meet/exceed business expectations.
• Implement a cost-effective preventative maintenance program to maintain production equipment.
