Job summary

Syngenta Crop Protection invites candidates to join a 12-month Female Sales Development Program designed to empower future female sales professionals in the agriculture industry. Participants will learn product knowledge, build customer relationships, and report market information while contributing to Syngenta's expansion in the assigned area.

Qualifications

• Bachelor level or higher in Agriculture, Agronomy, Agricultural Technology, Agribusiness or related field
• Strong interest in working with farmers and diverse stakeholders
• Experience in leadership, events, or student organizations is a plus

Responsibilities

• Manage seeds portfolio (Corn and Rice) and achieve sales targets within a territory
• Build and nurture relationships with R2s across segments to support growth
• Promote Syngenta products to farmers and R2s and report market information
