Job summary

WAVIN INDONESIA is seeking a skilled Sales Specialist Retail for the West Java region (Cikarang - Karawang). You will build relationships with customers, identify opportunities, and close deals while collaborating with marketing to drive strategies and ensure client satisfaction.

The role requires a proven track record in retail sales, territory management, and experience expanding retail networks. Strong negotiation and POS management skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in retail sales.
• Proven track record in retail sales and territory management.
• Experience managing NOO (New Outlet Opening) and expanding retail network.
• Proven ability to develop Area/Account Officers to achieve targets.
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building with retail stores and distributors.
• Solid understanding of POS management, merchandising, and in-store sales performance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers in West Java (Cikarang - Karawang).
• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities aligned with company goals.
• Prepare and deliver effective sales presentations to prospects.
• Negotiate contracts and close sales within target market.
• Collaborate with marketing to implement targeted sales strategies.
• Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and achievements.
• Expand product knowledge and sales skills continuously.
