Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations, quality management, or process improvement roles.
• Certification in Lean, Six Sigma (Green Belt or Black Belt preferred).
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
• Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment is essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and implementation of continuous improvement initiatives, such as Lean and Six Sigma projects.
• Analyze operational processes to identify waste, inefficiencies, and opportunities for enhancement.
• Develop and standardize operational procedures and best practices across the Bekasi facility.
• Train and mentor staff on quality standards, process improvement methodologies, and operational best practices.
• Track and report on key operational performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Collaborate with department heads to ensure seamless integration of new processes and systems.
