Job summary

Kenvue is seeking a Project & Technical Engineering Manager to lead engineering project management, qualify new equipment, and drive digital transformation within a fully onsite Jakarta operation. The role reports to the Operations Director and requires strategic leadership across regional teams.

Based in Indonesia, you will oversee capital management, maintenance strategies, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver operational excellence, safety, and quality improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, or related field).
• 7+ years in engineering leadership roles, preferably in manufacturing or industrial environments.
• Strong knowledge of maintenance processes, facility management, and utility operations.
• Experience with new product development and qualification processes.
• Excellent project management skills with ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to decisions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working with diverse teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Oversee engineering project management and capital management to support new product objectives and productivity improvements.
• Lead digitization and smart factory initiatives from concept to delivery, aligning with business goals.
• Develop maintenance strategies to improve machine reliability and reduce downtime.
• Mentor and develop the engineering team, promoting collaboration across departments.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety policies; stay current with trends and best practices.
