The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in CS/IS or related field and 2–5 years of senior web development experience, with strong Laravel, Angular, Express.js, and Git skills, plus MVC proficiency.

Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Web Application Developer/Programmer at CLT Toolbox Indonesia (located in Banyumanik, Semarang, Central Java, Indonesia, with mostly work from office with flexibility to work .

Qualifications:

Education & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

Minimum 2–5 years of professional experience as a Senior Web Developer.

Demonstrated experience in developing, maintaining, and optimizing web applications.

Technical Expertise

Strong programming fundamentals and a solid understanding of core programming concepts.

Extensive experience with frameworks such as Laravel, Angular, and Express.js.

Proficient in Git and collaborative development workflows.

Familiarity with AI technologies and the ability to utilize or integrate AI into software development is preferred.

Deep understanding of web application architecture, design patterns, and MVC principles.

Strong logical thinking and the ability to analyze complex technical problems and develop effective solutions.

Experience in system optimization, performance tuning, and scalability.

Ability to mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews.

Strong collaboration skills with front-end, product, and DevOps teams.

Capable of translating business requirements into technical solutions.

Problem Solving & Work Ethics

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

High level of ownership, accountability, and attention to detail.

Ability to manage priorities and deliver results within deadlines.

Additional Skills (Preferred)

Experience with Angular, TypeScript, or Kotlin is a plus.

Experience implementing AI-based features or AI-assisted development workflows is a plus.
