About the role

We are seeking a full-time Software Quality Assurance Engineer to join CLT Toolbox Indonesia, located in Banyumanik, Semarang, Central Java, Indonesia. This position is primarily work-from-office.

As a Software Quality Assurance Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products before they reach our customers. This position is fundamental to maintaining our high standards of software excellence and protecting our reputation in the market. You will work collaboratively with development teams to identify defects, validate functionality, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our quality processes.

Key Skills & Experience

Test Automation: Strong experience in designing and developing automated testing frameworks using Playwright with TypeScript. Able to create reliable end-to-end and regression tests to ensure software quality.

CI/CD & Release Optimization: Experience integrating automated testing into CI/CD workflows using tools such as Jenkins, helping development teams identify issues earlier and improve the speed, stability, and reliability of software releases.

Agile & Versatile Experience: Experience working in team and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional development and product teams.

What we're looking for

Proven experience as a Software Quality Assurance Engineer or in a similar testing role within a professional software development environment

Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies

Proficiency in test automation tools and frameworks such Playwright or similar technologies

Experience with test management and bug tracking tools such as Freshdesk, Asana

Solid understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and quality assurance best practices

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail

Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a collaborative team environment

Experience with SQL and database testing is advantageous

Knowledge of web application testing and API testing is desirable
