Job summary

UOB is hiring a Wealth Banking Relationship Manager to develop and manage relationships with high net‑worth clients across branches. You will drive growth by acquiring new clients and expanding the wealth portfolio through investments, insurance, and wealth management products.

Responsibilities include achieving APE targets and ensuring strict KYC and regulatory compliance. The role requires strong communication and sales skills, fluency in English, and relevant WPPE/AAJI certifications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from a reputable university.
• Fresh graduates welcome; no strict experience requirement.
• Strong communication, sales and relationship‑management skills.
• Proficient in written and spoken English.
• WPPE or AAJI certification required.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain relationships with existing Wealth Banking Clients.
• Acquire New-to-Bank (NTB) clients and grow the wealth portfolio.
• Generate fee income through investment, insurance, and wealth management products.
• Achieve Annualized Premium Equivalent (APE) targets.
• Conduct KYC processes and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Monitor and manage PEP Clients per bank policies.
