Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree required.
• WAPERD, WPPE and AAJI certifications preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as banking Relationship Manager.
• Knowledge of Indonesian banking procedures and regulations.
• Knowledge of banking operations.
• Experience selling Funding, Wealth Management and Investment products.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; proven ability to communicate effectively.
• Experience working across multidisciplinary and multicultural teams.

Responsibilities

• Plan daily and weekly sales activities to reach targets.
• Increase customer account balances through sales activities (calls, walk-ins, visits).
• Provide product consultations and cross-sell products.
• Handle account opening and related administrative tasks and documentation.
• Maintain relationships with customers and ensure satisfaction.
