Qualifications

• Wealth management experience in consumer banking or financial services.
• Knowledge of wealth products, investments, insurance, and advisory standards.
• Proven ability to coach, influence, and motivate sales professionals.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for training and stakeholder liaison.
• Certifications in financial planning or wealth management are preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional qualification.

Responsibilities

• Coach and mentor Relationship Managers to enhance wealth advisory skills, customer engagement, and sales productivity.
• Conduct joint client meetings to provide on-the-job coaching, observe sales techniques, and ensure high-quality advisory standards.
• Design and deliver sales training programs, role-plays, and workshops aligned with Treasures' business goals and wealth strategies.
• Analyze sales performance data and KPIs to identify skill gaps and implement targeted coaching interventions.
• Ensure all sales activities, coaching practices, and advisory processes align with regulatory requirements and internal compliance standards.
• Collaborate with product and segment teams to translate product strategies into actionable sales pitches and coaching tools.
