Job Description: Internal Audit is responsible for independent, objective assurance, and consulting activity designed to improve operations by evaluating and improving the effectiveness of risk management, control, and governance processes. Also includes special and strategic business reviews. May be involved in scheduling audits, developing audit procedures, and serving as liaison with the firm's outside auditors and regulatory organizations.
