Job summary

Mustika Indah Permai in Indonesia seeks an experienced leader to head site water management operations. You will guide a team in analysis, monitoring, and reporting of water treatment activities, ensuring compliance with environmental targets and work standards.

Responsibilities include daily water quality assessments, chemical inventory control, rainfall and flow tracking, and settling pond sampling, with a focus on safety, efficiency, and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree in Environmental / Chemical Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
• Strong knowledge of water management, wastewater treatment (WWTP), and K3LH.
• SIM A & POPAL certificate (POP certification preferred).
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Willing to be placed in Lahat, South Sumatra.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee site water management operations by directing the team in the analysis, monitoring, and reporting of water treatment activities.
• Managing the execution of daily water quality assessments, chemical inventory control, rainfall and flow rate tracking, and settling pond sampling.
• Ensuring that all water management procedures are strictly supervised, optimized, and fully aligned with established environmental targets and operational work standards.
