Job summary

PT Adira Semesta Industry is seeking a Supervisor for wastewater treatment (WWT) operations to oversee daily IPAL operations and lead a team of WWT operators in achieving compliance with environmental quality standards. The role focuses on optimizing energy use, chemical consumption, and equipment maintenance, while ensuring laboratory results meet BM standards and supporting DLH reporting and audits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or Environmental Engineering is required.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in WWT/IPAL.
• Must hold K3 Chemistry or General K3 certification, POPAL, and PPPA.
• Proficiency in wastewater treatment technology and environmental regulations (DLH, SIMPEL, PROPER, ISO 14001).
• Leadership, problem solving, and ability to manage team and budget.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily IPAL operations, energy efficiency, chemical usage, and equipment maintenance.
• Ensure laboratory test results meet BM standards.
• Manage periodic reports to DLH/management and support audits.
• Develop IoT-based digitalization programs and wastewater innovations; plan emergency procedures.
• Train, mentor, and evaluate performance of the WWT operator team.
