Job summary

Responsibilities

• Supervise the daily operation and maintenance of station equipment and manage maintenance plans.
• Handle equipment failures promptly to ensure stable operation.
• Ensure safety and environmental compliance and manage related safety programs.
• Manage the operation team, assign work, and conduct daily staff management and performance assessment.
• Control procurement and use of chemicals and materials, keep operation data records, and report status.
• Coordinate with environmental protection authorities and support inspections and documentation.

Job description

You will be fully responsible for the daily operation and management of the wastewater treatment station, ensuring the normal operation of the whole wastewater treatment process and guaranteeing the discharge of treated water up to standard.

Key responsibilities

Supervise the daily operation and maintenance of station equipment, formulate equipment maintenance plans, and handle equipment failures in a timely manner to ensure stable operation

Implement environmental protection and work safety regulations, conduct safety and compliance management, and prevent safety and environmental accidents

Manage the operation team, arrange work reasonably, and conduct daily staff management and performance assessment

Control the procurement and usage costs of chemicals and materials, keep records of operation data, and report work status regularly

Communicate with environmental protection regulatory authorities, and cooperate in various inspections, monitoring and document submission
