Job summary

CATL in Jawa Barat, Indonesia is seeking a technician with experience in warehouse and container management. The role involves monitoring inbound and outbound containers, ensuring FIFO material control, and maintaining inventory status.

Applicants should have at least 2 years of experience in the automotive or chemical industries and possess a Reach Stacker license. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required.

Qualifications

• Familiar with Automotive industry such as vehicle manufacturers, battery manufacturers, OEMs and other experience is preferred.
• Undestand about the Warehouse Operations [Receiving, Storage and Supply].
• Familiar with Microsoft Office applications Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Expert with Logistic Equipment (Reach Stacker).
• Has a SIO or license for Reach Stacker (Kelas 1).
• Minimum 2 years as Technician/Foreman.
• Working experience with Warehousing, Container Yard Management in Automotive industry or Chemical.

Responsibilities

• Controlling for Container Receiving, Unloading, and make sure according with work instruction [WI].
• Monitoring Daily Demand & production schedule in system (SAP).
• Container inbound/outbound status control through reports and communication.
• Make a list of returnable containers; Checking arrivals and departures times.
• Set-up the priority of returnable container; Control volume of fresh and old containers.
• Control FIFO material.
• Controlling material inventory status (IN & OUT Material).
• Controlling material inventory stock based on System and Actual.
• Make decisions for problems and coordinate with Shift Leader.
• Making reports on daily operations.

1. Controlling for Container Receiving, Unloading, and make sure according with work instruction [WI].
2. Monitoring Daily Demand & production schedule in system (SAP).
3. Container inbound/outbound status (control each truck through reports, Communication with Container forwarder).
4. Make a list of returnable containers / Checking arrivals and departures times, and reload containers.
5. Set-up the priority of returnable container / Control volume of fresh container and old container.
6. Control FIFO material.
7. Controlling material inventory status (IN & OUT Material).
8. Controlling material inventory stock (based on System and Actual).
9. Make decision for problem that occur and coordinate with Shift Leader.
10. Making report daily operations.
