Job summary

PT Trafoindo Power Indonesia is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor – Power Trafo to join our Tangerang-based operations. This full-time role will oversee daily warehouse activities, manage inventory for power transformer products, and supervise warehouse staff to ensure safe, accurate handling and timely distribution.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in warehouse supervision within a manufacturing setting, strong leadership, and proficiency with SAP.

Qualifications

• >5 years experience as Warehouse Supervisor in a manufacturing environment
• Leadership and team management capabilities
• Ability to maintain accurate inventory records and documentation
• Proficiency with warehouse management software and safety standards
• Fluency in English is preferred

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations and optimize space for power transformer storage and distribution
• Supervise, train and motivate warehouse staff including stockers and loaders
• Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock audits
• Ensure proper receiving, storage, handling and dispatch of transformer equipment
• Enforce health, safety and environmental policies to maintain a safe workplace
• Coordinate with logistics and sales teams to ensure timely order fulfilment and delivery
