Job summary

PT Trakindo Utama is seeking a warehouse associate in Papua Tengah to document incoming cargos, check shipments, and organize inventory. The role requires basic education and experience in warehouse tasks, with emphasis on accurate documentation and safe handling.

You will move cargos to inbound areas, unpack, count, and verify items, apply FIFO/FEFO, and ensure proper packing and labeling. Compliance with SHE and environmental procedures is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum SMA in Economics/Science/Technical major.
• GPA not applicable (N/A).
• Experience in warehouse operations is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Take pictures and document incoming cargos at Warehouse and check shipment documents.
• Move cargos to inbound area and unpack packages safely and neatly.
• Count and verify goods against inbound delivery documents to ensure accuracy.
• Put away goods to correct bin using FIFO/FEFO principles.
• Prepare and process claim documents to reflect outcomes.
• Select and collect goods using proper tools; attach pick tags and pack securely.
• Follow SHE (Safety, Health and Environment) and contamination control procedures.
• Manage tools borrowing/return records to keep up-to-date inventory.
• Inspect parts, deliver to distribution center or process scrap as needed.
• Assemble/disassemble kits to meet customer requirements.
• Complete inventory adjustment forms and related documentation.
• Count and recount discrepancies to match system records.
