Job summary

Qualifications

• Senior High School or Vocational High School diploma or equivalent.
• Fresh graduates welcome; up to 1 year in warehousing is a plus.
• Basic understanding of receiving, storing, picking, and issuing goods.
• Ability to read and match warehouse documents.
• Detail-oriented, disciplined, and able to follow procedures.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Hand pallet and forklift operation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Receive and store finished goods according to applicable documents and company procedures.
• Perform picking and issuing of finished goods based on distribution requests.

• Comply with company standards and procedures, including 5R, K3, ISO 9001, and ISO 14001.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance warehouse productivity and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Receive and store finished goods according to applicable documents and company procedures.

Perform picking and issuing of finished goods based on distribution requests.

Check the quantity and physical condition of goods to ensure accuracy and prevent damage or loss.

Maintain warehouse cleanliness, safety, and organization.

Arrange finished goods efficiently to optimize warehouse space.

Record and report daily warehouse activities to the Supervisor.

Coordinate with related teams to ensure smooth warehouse operations.

Comply with company standards and procedures, including 5R, K3, ISO 9001, and ISO 14001.

Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance warehouse productivity and efficiency.

Requirements

Minimum Senior High School/Vocational High School (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.

Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; candidates with up to 1 year of warehouse experience are also welcome.

Basic understanding of receiving, storing, picking, and issuing goods.

Able to read and match warehouse documents, such as delivery notes and delivery orders.

Detail-oriented, disciplined, responsible, and able to work according to procedures.

Able to work independently and effectively as part of a team.

Ability to operate a hand pallet is an advantage.

Forklift operation skills are an advantage.
