Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum D3 diploma in any field.
• At least 2 years of experience in warehouse/logistics, preferably spare parts or project-based settings.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiar with warehouse management software (WMS).
• Good communication in English, verbal and written.
• High attention to detail with ability to multitask.
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist the warehouse supervisor with administrative tasks and projects.
• Manage and organize administrative documents both physical and digital.
• Provide support in daily warehouse operations, and initiate purchase requests for office stationery and tools.
• Manage inbound receipt documents (delivery orders, checklists, packing lists, inbound reports).
• Manage shipping documents (picking lists, delivery orders) with high accuracy.
• Prepare and ensure goods align with the Request Order.
• Receive and process warehouse stock (pick, unload, label, store).
• Coordinate workflow and maintain operational efficiency.
• Serve as the point of contact for internal and external communications related to warehouse operations.
• Monitor and control all goods in/out and placement within the facility.
• Manage inventory and outbound spreadsheet systems.
• Ensure documentation is accurate, complete, and properly filed.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
• Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Maintain a clean, safe workspace and optimize space utilization.
• Provide insights and recommendations to the warehouse supervisor.
