• Support the Manager in coordinating and overseeing daily departmental operations.
• Assist with Mandarin translation and communication between management, team members, and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with managerial-level stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of department activities.
• Provide operational and administrative support for effective team coordination.
• Act as backup support for team members when needed.
• Prepare reports and handle administrative tasks as assigned by the Manager.
• Learn and develop professional expertise in the logistics industry.
