Job summary

J&T Cargo Indonesia (PT Global Yimi Cargo) is seeking an IT/IM professional to join our Jakarta warehousing and logistics team. You will administer business systems, manage user rights, and coordinate end-to-end IT issues.

Maintain servers and network gear, oversee wired/wireless infrastructure, troubleshoot on-site devices, and gather frontline feedback to improve workflows for distribution staff.

Qualifications

• College diploma or higher in Computer Engineering, Software Development, Computer Applications, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of IT/IM experience; willing to travel when required.
• Strong logical thinking, proactive in identifying issues, and capable of working under pressure.
• Expertise in computer hardware/software maintenance and network troubleshooting.
• High execution ability, detail-oriented, dependable, with strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Mandarin proficiency — able to communicate effectively with Mandarin-speaking users, vendors, and internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Prior experience in warehousing & logistics preferred; responsible for company business-system administration, user-rights management and end-to-end issue coordination.
• Proficient in creating new system workflows and maintaining process nodes and permission matrices.
• Maintain and manage system servers, network equipment, structured cabling and monitoring devices.
• Administer wireless APs, LAN upkeep, on-site mobile-device troubleshooting; collect feedback and requirements from front-line warehouse & distribution staff.
• Support smart warehouse devices (PCs, printers, PDAs, barcode scanners, etc.) and understand the full system operation flow.
• Maintain the warehouse server room; perform upkeep, fault diagnosis and repair on servers, switches and wireless APs.
