Job summary

PT Oneject Indonesia is seeking a Warehouse Assistant Manager to oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring accurate inventory control and smooth material flow in line with company procedures and standards.

The role requires a bachelor's degree in a related field, 5+ years in warehouse/logistics, and strong ERP/WMS and Excel skills. The candidate will supervise a team and work in Cikarang, Indonesia.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Management, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Warehouse/Logistics, with supervisory or managerial experience.
• Experience in manufacturing; regulated industries advantageous.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, FIFO/FEFO, stock control, and material handling.
• Familiar with ERP/WMS systems and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong leadership, analytical, problem-solving, and coordination skills.
• Good communication and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, material handling, picking, and dispatch activities.
• Ensure inventory accuracy through stock control, cycle counting, stock opname, and reconciliation.
• Ensure all warehouse transactions and documentation are completed accurately and on time.
• Monitor warehouse capacity, layout, storage utilization, and material flow to improve operational efficiency.
• Ensure implementation of FIFO/FEFO and proper material identification and traceability.
• Coordinate closely with PPIC, Production, Purchasing, Quality, and other related departments to ensure material availability and smooth operations.
• Monitor warehouse KPIs and prepare regular operational reports.
• Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives related to warehouse productivity, accuracy, and efficiency.
• Ensure warehouse activities comply with company SOPs, Quality Management System, HSE requirements, and applicable regulations.
• Supervise, coach, and evaluate warehouse team performance.
