The role focuses on verifying deliveries, maintaining accurate stock records, and coordinating with Purchasing and Production to ensure material availability for operations. Responsibilities include organizing storage with clear labeling, conducting regular stock counts, and reporting discrepancies to support timely replenishment and secure

Responsabilidades

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming tools, consumables, and raw materials against purchase orders and delivery documents.
• Manage the storage, labeling, and organization of warehouse items to ensure easy identification and accessibility.
• Monitor and record stock movements, including receiving, issuing, and returning items.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock counts to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Monitor stock availability and report low-stock items to support timely replenishment.
• Coordinate with Purchasing, Production, and relevant departments to ensure material availability according to operational needs.
• Identify and report stock discrepancies, damaged items, or non-conforming materials.
• Ensure proper handling, storage, and security of tools and raw materials in accordance with company procedures.
