Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in logistics or related field is required.
• 3–7 years of professional warehouse management experience.
• Valid motorbike license is required.
• Fluency in English; Sinhala and Tamil mentioned in the ad.

Responsibilities

• Lead warehouse construction and facility upgrades during projects.
• Ensure acceptable storage, safety gear, and clean, secure facilities.
• Oversee receipts, storages, packing, and dispatch of commodities.
• Maintain accurate stock records, ledgers and daily movements.
• Supervise warehouse staff and ensure timely reporting to senior management.
• Ensure compliance with USDA/NGO guidelines and SOPs.
