Qualifications

• Minimum S1 in management, accounting, administration, industrial engineering, or related field.
• Experience as Warehouse Admin is a plus.
• Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets for data input and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Record and administer incoming and outgoing goods.
• Input and regularly update warehouse stock data.
• Create stock and warehouse administration reports.
• Manage goods receipt and issuance documents.
• Coordinate with warehouse, production, purchasing, and related departments.
• Check and monitor material and goods availability.
• Maintain warehouse administration neatness and order.
• Assist with periodic stock opname processes.
