Job summary

PT. ANUGRAH KONSULTASI BISNIS INDONESIA is seeking a warehouse administrator to handle inbound and outbound operations in our facility in Indonesia. The role involves receiving, inspecting, and organizing goods, and ensuring accurate inventory records.

You will regularly count stock, coordinate with logistics, and prepare shipments while maintaining a clean, safe warehouse environment. Indonesian Mandarin fluency is a plus for supplier communications.

Qualifications

• Minimum SMA/SMK or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of warehouse or logistics experience.
• Familiar with inventory control, inbound/outbound, and stock opname.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Fluent in Mandarin (spoken and written).
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in an ecommerce warehouse or Chinese company is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound warehouse operations.
• Receive, inspect, and organize goods.
• Manage inventory and conduct regular stock counts.
• Prepare packing and shipment of products.
• Update warehouse records and inventory data.
• Coordinate with logistics and other departments.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse.
