Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Present menus, explain menu items, and make recommendations when needed.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and deliver them promptly.
• Ensure guests receive attentive and efficient service throughout their dining experience.
• Set up and maintain cleanliness of dining areas before, during, and after service.
• Handle guest requests and resolve minor concerns professionally.
• Process bills and payments accurately when required.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and company service standards.
• Work closely with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
