Job summary

PT Desa Wisata Indonesia seeks a Wahana Manager to oversee daily operations of attractions and tourism facilities in Bawen, Jawa Tengah. You will lead staff recruitment, training, scheduling, and performance evaluation while ensuring safety standards and health protocols are followed.

You will manage maintenance, cost control, and visitor satisfaction, implementing promotional programs and reporting to senior management. Shift work, including weekends and holidays, is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma (D3) education in tourism management, business administration, or related field
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience managing attraction operations, tourism attractions, or public recreation facilities
• Deep understanding of safety standards and tourism industry regulations in Indonesia
• Strong leadership skills with ability to manage and motivate teams
• Good analytical and problem-solving abilities to address operational challenges
• Knowledge of financial management, budgeting, and cost control
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills to interact with visitors, staff, and other stakeholders
• Ability to use information systems and operational management software
• General K3 Expert certification, First Aid/CPR, or related safety certifications are advantageous
• Previous experience in tourism or hospitality industry is advantageous

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of attractions and tourism facilities to ensure optimal service quality for visitors
• Oversee attraction staff team, including recruitment, training, scheduling, and performance evaluation
• Ensure compliance with applicable safety standards and health protocols for all visitors and staff
• Manage routine maintenance and repairs of attractions to maintain optimal condition and equipment safety
• Demonstrate good understanding of Occupational Safety and Health (K3) implementation, risk management, and emergency response procedures in attraction areas
• Control and optimize operational costs while maintaining service quality
• Monitor visitor satisfaction and handle complaints professionally and promptly
• Design and implement promotion programs and visitor experience enhancement initiatives
• Report operational achievements, budgets, and performance metrics to senior management regularly
• Be willing to work shift systems, including weekends and national holidays
