Luminare Consulting-client is seeking a Vice President of Operations to lead and oversee nationwide Operations & Engineering functions for an asphalt, bitumen, and infrastructure-focused group in Indonesia. The role emphasizes strategic direction, asset reliability, maintenance, and CAPEX execution across multiple sites.

The incumbent will drive production efficiency, safety compliance, and business continuity while developing leadership talent and ensuring alignment with corporate strategy.
