Job summary

MR.D.I.Y. Indonesia in Jakarta is seeking a Display & VM Coordinator to align store displays with VM guidelines and coordinate readiness at the store level.

You will recap daily and weekly implementation, track branding submissions, manage VM database updates, and coordinate with store teams and cross departments to ensure on-time deployment and consistency. This role requires strong communication, data handling, and the ability to work across disciplines in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Min. Bachelor degree from any major.
• Familiar with POSM materials & simple creative apps is a plus.
• Familiar with data management tools & Excel formulas.
• Good communication & time management.

Responsibilities

• Create & compile display evidence by store level align with VM Guideline
• Coordination display implementation readiness by store level
• Recap daily / weekly implementation per display project
• Tracking branding maintenance submissions
• Comple VM list product, coordinate with store team & cross department
• Create & maintain VM database & weekly progress alin with VM Team
• Project administration submission process (quotation, budget, contract, PR, PO, invoice, payment etc)
• Maintain & monitoring all production order & deployment
