Job summary

PT Kao Indonesia designs and executes visual concepts for store POSM, including MT, GT, and events, and creates product displays and promotional materials like shelf branding and signage. The role also develops 3D visualizations for proposals and field implementation.

You will prepare final artwork and technical drawings per production requirements, improve the design process to align with brand guidelines, and coordinate with marketing, sales, and vendor teams while performing quality control

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level design degree required or equivalent in Visual Communication, Product or Interior Design.
• Experience in Graphic Design, Visual Merchandising, Retail Design or Shopper Marketing.
• Understanding production processes for display materials is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute visual concepts for store POSM (MT, GT, Events).
• Create product display and promotional materials (shelf branding, end gondolas, floor displays, hanging displays, signage, etc.).
• Create 3D visualizations and renderings for proposals, presentations, and field implementation.
• Prepare final artwork and technical drawings according to production requirements.
• Improve the design process from concept, final artwork, until production according to brand guidelines.
• Coordinate with marketing, sales, and vendor teams regarding visual merchandising needs.
• Perform quality control on POP material production and field implementation.
• Evaluate and update displays based on retail design trends, seasons, or ongoing campaigns.
