Job summary

PT Electrolux Indonesia is seeking a Visual Merchandiser to design and implement in-store displays across retail channels. You will create 3D visuals for proposals and presentations, and prepare production-ready drawings that follow our brand guidelines.

You will also coordinate with commercial teams, stores and vendors to optimize layouts and ensure smooth execution in a fast-paced retail environment. The ideal candidate has a related degree and experience in visual merchandising or trade

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Visual Communication Design, Product Design or related field preferred.
• Experience in Graphic Design, Visual Merchandising, Retail Design, Shopper Marketing, or Trade Marketing Design.
• Detail-oriented, creative and highly organized in a fast-paced retail setting.
• Proficiency in design software (Photoshop, Illustrator, SketchUp, AutoCAD or equivalent).
• Understanding production process for display materials (acrylic, MDF, metal, PVC foam board, etc.).
• Portfolio of visual merchandising, design, styling or related work preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and implement creative concepts for in-store displays.
• Create 3D visualizations and renderings for proposals, presentations, and field implementation.
• Prepare technical drawings, the design process from concept, final artwork, until production according to brand guidelines.
• Coordinate with commercial teams, stores and vendors to optimize layout and ensure smooth execution of visual merchandising activities.
