Job summary

Erajaya Group is seeking a Visual Merchandiser Specialist for Erafone and Ibox to craft appealing in-store displays that guide customer flow and drive promotions.

You will manage in-store and mall/off-store displays, coordinate with suppliers, monitor costs within budget, and lead staff briefing for displays, including seasonal updates and new product launches. Strong English communication and teamwork are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree from any major.
• Minimum 2 years as Visual Merchandiser.
• Good knowledge about Store Planogram.
• Skill in displaying the product and POSM.
• Skill in using graphic tools and 3D.
• Good communication in English and good team work.
• Ability to create reports and presentations.

Responsibilities

• Create appealing and eye-catching visual displays to guide customers through the store.
• Produce special promotions display in-store and visibility in malls/OOH.
• Identify key messages and ensure a clear end result image.
• Monitor costs and work within budget.
• Oversee production and brief staff on arranging displays.
• Update displays for new product launches and seasonal themes.
• Liaise with suppliers and source display elements.

Job Requirements:
