Job summary

PT NRI Global Mandiri is seeking a Visual Merchandiser in Jakarta to lead end-to-end in-store visuals for seasonal campaigns. The candidate should have CAD/3D visualization skills and experience in retail marketing, with fresh graduates welcome to apply.

The role involves creating display fixtures, planning floor layouts, and collaborating with cross-functional store teams to ensure on-brand execution across outlets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Visual Merchandising, Interior Design, Architecture, or related fields.
• Fresh graduates are welcome.
• 1–2 years of experience in Visual Merchandising or Retail Marketing (beauty retail preferred).
• Strong understanding of in-store visual execution, floor planning, and brand storytelling across wholesale and specialist stores.
• Proficient in CAD and 3D visualization software (AutoCAD/SketchUp/3ds Max) and Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, comfortable working with cross-functional teams and store staff.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end visual merchandising projects aligned with promotional, seasonal, and festive campaigns.
• Design and produce display fixtures, signages, and decorations.
• Create 3D visualizations and prepare construction drawings (floor plans, elevations, technical specifications) for production.
• Coordinate with vendors for material sourcing, production, and installation.
• Handle asset planning, packaging, and distribution to store locations.
• Prepare planograms, visual guidelines, and presentations to support in-store implementation.
