Qualifications

• Analytical thinking to evaluate display effectiveness and impact.
• Creative yet strategic approach to revenue-driven visuals.
• Experience in retail visual merchandising is a plus (furniture a bonus).
• Familiar with layout reading and basic design tools (SketchUp, Figma).

Responsibilities

• Design and execute compelling focal-point displays using VM principles.
• Ensure visual execution contributes monthly growth in assigned areas.
• Monitor and analyze display performance to optimize conversion and productivity.
• Translate planograms and layout strategies into high-impact visual storytelling.
• Transform everyday products into revenue-driving focal points through creative problem solving.
• Refresh and optimize displays regularly based on data.
