Job summary

PT. Otten Coffee Indonesia is seeking a Visual Merchandiser to enhance in-store presentation and drive shopper engagement across multiple locations in Jakarta.

You will rely on a strong visual sense, create compelling store displays, and analyze sales data to improve merchandising effectiveness. A Bachelor’s degree is required and prior experience in retail visual merchandising is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in any relevant field.
• Willing to work mobile and visit multiple store locations.
• Strong visual sense and aesthetic awareness.
• Creative, proactive, and able to develop fresh ideas for store displays.
• Able to analyze sales and display data to improve visual merchandising effectiveness.
• Experienced in creating and implementing visual merchandising guidelines / display guidelines.
• Minimum experience in Visual Merchandising within supermarket, beauty, fashion, retail, or similar industries.
• Strong understanding of product placement, store layout, and visual presentation.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Able to execute concepts and ensure consistency of display standards across stores.
