Job summary

Balinest Villas in Bali seeks a Villa Supervisor to oversee daily operations across multiple villas, ensuring service, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction meet company standards. You will monitor performance, lead teams, and coordinate across Reservations, Sales & Marketing, Finance, and HR.

The role requires 5–10 years of leadership experience in hospitality or villa management, fluent English, and a valid driver’s license, with willingness to travel between properties.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
• 5–10 years in hospitality, villa management, hotel operations, or similar leadership role.
• Experience managing multiple properties or teams is highly preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Strong understanding of villa/hotel operations, guest service, and property management.
• Able to analyze operational and financial reports.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and property management systems.
• Able to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Possess a valid driver’s license and willing to travel between properties.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all properties achieve company standards in service, cleanliness, maintenance, and guest satisfaction.
• Monitor operational performance, occupancy, revenue, and profitability of each property.
• Lead, supervise, and develop Villa Managers, Supervisors, and operational teams.
• Conduct regular property inspections and audits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Analyze operational reports and implement strategies to improve efficiency and performance.
• Coordinate with Reservations, Sales & Marketing, Finance, and HR.
• Handle escalated guest complaints and ensure timely resolution.
• Manage staffing requirements, recruitment, training, and evaluations.
• Prepare budgets, control costs, and maximize revenue opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety standards, and company requirements.
• Support business expansion, property openings, and special projects as assigned.
