Job summary

BnBali Villa Management is seeking a detail-oriented reservations specialist in Yogyakarta. You will oversee the booking system, keep information accurate, and ensure excellent English communication with guests and partners.

Role requires independence, reliability, and proactive handling of inquiries. You will manage reservations promptly, build client relationships, and maintain high service standards on-site.

Qualifications

• Experience in reservation management or hospitality is required.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
