Job summary

Bali Dream Living Real Estate is seeking a Maintenance Technician to manage day-to-day repairs at our holiday villas in the Uluwatu area. You will respond to maintenance requests, perform preventive tasks, and ensure villas are guest-ready.

You should have at least 2 years of maintenance experience, with A/C, plumbing, and basic electrical skills. Own tools preferred; if not, we can supply them. Must own a motorbike and have WhatsApp.

Handle day-to-day repairs: A/C, plumbing and water, light electrical, pumps, doors and locks, painting and woodwork
Find the cause of a problem first, then fix it yourself or call in a contractor if it is beyond your skills
Carry out routine preventive maintenance at every villa, following a checklist
Record every job: what the problem was, what you did, the materials used, and before and after photos
Coordinate with the operations and housekeeping teams so each villa is ready before guests arrive
Buy materials and spare parts with the Operations Manager's approval

Bali Dream Living manages holiday daily villas in the Uluwatu area of Bali. You will be the first call for every repair across our villas, handling day-to-day maintenance and repairs independently.
