Responsibilities

• Respond to guest repair requests.
• Communicate with guests to resolve maintenance issues.
• Perform preventive maintenance on tools and equipment.
• Visually inspect tools, equipment, and machines.
• Prepare surfaces, paint, repair drywall/wood trim, replace bulbs and A/C filters, and clean work areas.
• Test, troubleshoot, and repair plumbing, electrical components, lamps, and guestroom items.
• Input air handler schedules and adjust temperatures using basic computer skills.
