Job summary

Moell is seeking a skilled videographer to handle end-to-end video production. You will plan, shoot, and edit brand videos and social clips, ensuring strong storytelling and brand alignment.

The role requires hands-on experience, a strong portfolio, and ability to deliver high-quality content on time. Office-based in Surabaya with collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of videography experience.
• Familiar with cameras, lighting, sound.
• Proficient in Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut.
• Strong visual storytelling and trend awareness.
• Portfolio of cinematic or social media work required.

Responsibilities

• 1. Handle thorough pre-production preparation including camera setup, lighting, equipment checks, and shoot planning.


• 2. Shoot and edit a variety of video content, brand videos, and social media clips.


• 3. Edit videos professionally (color grading, sound, transitions, effects).


• 4. Manage the video production workflow, from planning and pre-production to post-production and delivery.


• 5. Collaborate with cross departmental teams to develop video concepts and ensure visual alignment with brand identity.


• 6. Stay updated with the latest trends and techniques in video production.


• 7. Handle motion graphic needs related to video editing and design, including creating animations, visual effects, and supporting graphic elements for video content.

Requirements

• 1. Minimum 1 years of experience in videography


• 2. Knowledge of cameras, lighting, sound, and other aspects of video production


• 3. Proficient in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, After effect, CapCut Pro, etc.)


• 4. Strong understanding of visual storytelling and current content trends


• 5. Creative mindset, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven


• 6. Degree in film studies, cinematography or related field is a plus


• 7. A strong video portfolio (cinematic and/or social media work) is a must
