Job summary

Savaya Group is seeking a hands-on Videographer at our Head Office in Bali to create high-quality video content across our hospitality, lifestyle, F&B, and entertainment brands. You will travel between venues, work with Marketing, Brand, Creative, and venue teams, and develop visual stories that capture the character and experience of each destination.

With 3–5 years of professional videography and a strong portfolio, you’ll master production from concept through post, including social reels,

Do you know how to turn a moment, experience, or destination into a story that people want to watch?

As Videographer at Savaya Group Head Office, you will be responsible for creating high-quality video content across our portfolio of hospitality, lifestyle, F&B, and entertainment brands. You will work closely with Marketing, Brand, Creative, F&B, and venue teams to develop visual stories that showcase the character and experience of each destination.

This is a hands-on creative role for someone who can combine strong technical production skills with an exceptional creative eye, moving seamlessly from planned brand productions and campaigns to fast-paced live events and spontaneous social content.

What You’ll Experience

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

• Create video content across Savaya Group’s growing hospitality portfolio


• Work across luxury hospitality, lifestyle, F&B, entertainment, and nightlife concepts


• Collaborate closely with Head Office Marketing, Brand, and Creative teams


• Produce content for social media, digital campaigns, websites, advertising, and brand communications


• Capture everything from culinary details and destination experiences to major events and international DJ performances


• Work on campaigns, launches, artist content, event recaps, and brand storytelling


• Develop fresh visual concepts that bring Savaya Group’s brands to life


• Travel between venues and destinations to capture key campaigns, events, and experiences

What You’ll Be Doing

You will take ownership of video production across Savaya Group, from concept development and pre-production through filming, editing, post-production, and final delivery.

You will produce a wide range of content, including promotional films, social media reels, TikToks, event recaps, artist and DJ content, F&B features, lifestyle videos, behind-the-scenes content, brand stories, and destination films.

You will work closely with the Marketing, Brand, and Creative teams to understand campaign objectives and translate brand concepts into compelling visual narratives. You will ensure that each piece of content reflects the appropriate brand identity, quality, tone, and audience.

You will operate professional video equipment, including cameras, lenses, stabilizers, lighting, audio equipment, and drones where appropriate. You will be confident working in a variety of environments, from controlled productions and restaurant shoots to beach clubs, nightlife environments, and high-energy live events.

You will manage the complete post-production process, including editing, color grading, sound design, music selection, motion graphics, and final formatting for different digital platforms. You will also be able to deliver quick-turnaround content during and immediately after events for social media and other real-time marketing requirements.

You will maintain an organized video asset library, ensuring footage and completed content are properly named, categorized, tagged, archived, and backed up. You will also take responsibility for the maintenance and readiness of all video production equipment.

You will stay current with new filmmaking techniques, editing tools, production technology, social media formats, and visual trends, bringing new ideas and approaches to continuously improve Savaya Group’s visual storytelling.

• Can you tell compelling stories through moving images, sound, music, and editing?


• Are you confident capturing both polished brand content and spontaneous, high-energy moments?


• Do you have experience filming live events, nightlife, concerts, or DJ performances?


• Are you highly proficient with professional video cameras, lenses, stabilizers, lighting, and audio equipment?


• Are you experienced with drones and aerial cinematography?


• Are you highly skilled in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects?


• Do you have strong knowledge of color grading, sound design, lighting, composition, and motion graphics?


• Can you adapt your shooting and editing style to different brands, campaigns, and digital platforms?


• Can you manage multiple projects and deliver high-quality work within tight deadlines?


• Are you comfortable producing fast-turnaround content for Instagram, TikTok, and other social platforms?


• Are you comfortable working evenings, weekends, and holidays when required for events and productions?


• Are you proactive, creative, self-motivated, and confident working independently?


• Can you collaborate effectively with Marketing, Brand, Creative, F&B, Operations, and venue teams?


• Are you willing and able to travel between Savaya Group destinations as required?


• Do you have a degree or certification in Film, Media Production, Communications, or a related field? This is preferred but not essential.


• Can you communicate professionally in English, with Bahasa Indonesia being an advantage?
