Job summary

Seven Retail is seeking a Videographer Staff & Video Editor Staff to capture and edit high-quality video for our diverse lifestyle services portfolio. You will shoot with mirrorless/DSLR cameras, smartphones, and gimbals, then edit for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.

You should have at least 2 years of experience, a strong portfolio, and proficiency in Premiere Pro, After Effects, Audition, and CapCut.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in videography or video editing.
• Strong technical skills in camera operation, gimbal stabilization, and lighting.
• Proficient in Premiere Pro, After Effects, Audition, and CapCut.
• Knowledge of short-form video formats for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.
• Portfolio required showcasing video, motion graphics, audio, or photos.

Responsibilities

• Capture high-quality photo and video content for social media, classes, events, and campaigns.
• Manage end-to-end video production from shooting to delivery for social channels.
• Edit raw footage into engaging short-form content with motion graphics and audio.
• Collaborate with Content and Marketing teams to align with brand direction and trends.
• Ensure strong visual storytelling for kids and family audiences.
• Manage video equipment, prepare production needs, and meet production timelines.

Your Day-to-Day

• - Capture high-quality photo and video content using mirrorless/DSLR cameras, smartphones, gimbals, and various lenses for social media, classes, events, and campaigns.
• - Manage end-to-end video production, from shooting and lighting setup to editing and final content delivery for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts .
• - Edit raw footage into engaging short-form content using Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Audition, and CapCut , including motion graphics, visual effects, and audio enhancement.
• - Collaborate with the Content and Marketing teams to develop content that follows brand direction while incorporating fresh, trend-driven creative ideas.
• - Ensure strong visual storytelling through effective framing, composition, lighting, pacing, motion, and sound , particularly for kids and family-oriented content.
• - Manage video equipment, prepare production needs, and deliver high-quality content according to daily and weekly production timelines.

What We're Looking For

• - Minimum 2 years of experience in videography, video production, video editing, or a related field.
• - Strong technical skills in camera operation, gimbal stabilization, lighting, composition, and various shooting techniques ; experience with both professional cameras and smartphones is required.
• - Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, Adobe Audition, and CapCut ; familiarity with photography editing tools is a plus.
• - Strong understanding of short-form video formats, social media trends, visual storytelling, pacing, motion graphics, and audio editing for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.
• - Creative and detail-oriented, with a strong visual sense and the ability to create engaging content for kids and family audiences .
• - Comfortable working on-site , managing multiple production priorities, following creative direction, and contributing fresh ideas in a fast-paced environment.
• - Portfolio required , showcasing relevant video, motion graphics, audio, photography, raw footage, or sample shoots .
