You’re passionate about creating compelling, social-first video content — from concept and shooting to editing and final delivery.

You’re someone who can confidently work both behind the camera and in the edit suite, with a strong understanding of what makes content engaging across TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and other social platforms.

You’re not only technically skilled, but also collaborative, responsible, proactive, and adaptable — because great social content comes from great teamwork and a willingness to move fast.

The Role:

• Shoot and edit engaging, high-quality video content designed specifically for social media platforms.
• Transform raw footage, branded assets, photography, and other visual materials into compelling short-form content.
• Handle the content creation process from shooting, selecting footage, editing, sound, transitions, captions, and basic motion graphics through to final delivery.
• Collaborate with creative, strategy, and account teams to develop content tailored to different platforms and audiences.
• Understand social trends, platform formats, pacing, hooks, and storytelling techniques to create content that feels native to each channel.
• Repurpose long-form or existing branded content into multiple short-form social assets.
