Job summary

Seven Retail is seeking a Content Marketing Supervisor to lead our social media strategy and content production. You will drive audience growth, optimize content performance, and coordinate multiple platforms to maximize inbound leads and engagement.

You will mentor a team of creators, ensure high-quality output, and implement scalable processes for content development across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and more.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Content Marketing, Content Strategy, Social Media, or related role.
• Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, YouTube algorithms and audience behavior.
• Proficiency in video editing and production tools such as CapCut and other professional editing software.
• Strong analytical skills with experience using performance metrics to drive content decisions and optimization.
• Ability to manage multiple content streams, prioritize effectively, and deliver high-quality output under tight deadlines.
• Proven ability in leadership, mentor team members, and provide creative feedback.

Your Day-to-Day

• Develop and lead Instagram, Tiktok, YouTube, and our other social media content strategies that drive audience growth, engagement, and inbound leads.
• Analyze content performance using metrics such as retention rate, hook rate, CTR, and conversion rate to optimize results.
• Build scalable content systems, testing frameworks, and creative processes to improve content performance and efficiency.
• Own content calendar planning and posting strategies based on audience insights, seasonality, and business priorities.
• Lead creative brainstorming and experimentation initiatives to identify new content opportunities and growth channels.
• Mentor content creators and provide clear creative direction to maintain high-quality, high-performing content output.

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in Content Marketing, Content Strategy, Social Media, or a related role, with proven content growth achievements
