Job summary

Jago Coffee is seeking a Videographer & Editor to bring our stories, products, and campaigns to life through engaging visual content. You will manage the video production process from concept development and shooting to editing and final delivery.

Collaborate with the Creative, Marketing, and Sales teams to produce cinematic, brand-aligned content for social media, advertisements, seasonal product launches, and other campaigns.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of videography and editing experience in FnB, beauty, fashion, or lifestyle industries is a plus.
• Able to shoot with a phone and edit on the same day using CapCut Pro is a plus.
• Proficient in cinematic shooting techniques, lighting setups, and visual storytelling.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the creative and marketing teams to develop visual concepts and storyboards.
• Conduct video shoots for product launches, campaigns, and lifestyle content with cinematic style aligned with the brand direction.
• Set up lighting, framing, and visual composition that reflect the brand’s tone and aesthetics.
• Perform color grading, sound design, and video finishing to ensure high-quality final outputs.
• Manage the editing process from rough cut to final cut for social media, ads, and campaign videos.
• Work closely with the creative team and Sales team and other stakeholders.
• Coordinate production timelines with the producer to ensure on-time project delivery.

About Role

We’re looking for a Videographer & Editor to bring Jago Coffee’s stories, products, and campaigns to life through engaging visual content. In this role, you will manage the video production process from concept development and shooting to editing and final delivery.

You will collaborate closely with the Creative, Marketing, and Sales teams to produce cinematic, modern, and brand-aligned content for social media, advertisements, seasonal product launches, and other campaigns. This role is ideal for someone who combines strong technical production skills with a sharp visual sense and can deliver high-quality content in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibility

• Collaborate with the creative and marketing teams to develop visual concepts and storyboards.
• Conduct video shoots for product launch for seasonal menu drink, campaigns, and lifestyle content with a cinematic style aligned with the brand’s direction.
• Set up lighting, framing, and visual composition that reflect the brand’s tone and aesthetics.
• Perform color grading, sound design, and video finishing to ensure highquality final outputs.
• Manage the editing process from rough cut to final cut (social media format, ads, and campaign videos).
• Work closely with the creative team, Jagoan/ Sales team and other stakeholders
• Coordinate production timelines with the producer to ensure ontime project delivery.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in videography and editing (experience in FnB, beauty, fashion, or lifestyle industries is a plus).
• Able to shoot with phone & edit same day using Cap Cut Pro is a plus
• Proficient in cinematic shooting techniques, lighting setups, and visual storytelling.
• Skilled in editing software such as CapCut Pro,Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, After Effects, or Final Cut Pro.
• Strong color grading skills.
• Understands the full production workflow: preproduction to production to postproduction.
• Able to work collaboratively while maintaining attention to detail under tight deadlines.
• Creative, with a strong sense of beauty and modern minimalist visual style.

Special Requirement

Instagram account & a video portfolio is required (product, campaign, or cinematic content).

• Additional skills in motion graphics and text animation are highly preferred.
