Job summary

DACHIN in Indonesia seeks a seasoned video content producer to manage end-to-end production for brand video assets. You will lead scripting, shooting, editing, and uploads across TikTok, Instagram, and other platforms, ensuring high-quality output.

The role demands creative ideas and proactive collaboration within the team. Ideal candidates have 2+ years in short video production, strong English communication, and a keen eye for aesthetics, lighting, color, and effects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher; interest in e-commerce or Internet industry development.
• Intermediate English for communication.
• At least 2 years of short video production experience (scripting, shooting, editing).
• Aesthetics for video production; knowledge of lighting, lenses, color, and video effects.

Responsibilities

• Shoot, edit, and upload videos to TikTok, Instagram, and other platforms and brand accounts.
• Familiar with all video production stages: planning, shooting, editing; excel in two or more areas.
• Bring ideas and continuously optimize video processes; communicate with team to improve video quality; responsible for GMV of video output.

• At least a bachelor's degree or above, major is not specified; passionate about e-commerce or Internet industry development.
• Have an intermediate level of English to be able to communicate well.
• At least 2 years of experience in short video production, from scripting, shooting, and editing.
• Have your aesthetics for video production, and know how to light and shoot, how to connect lenses, how to adjust colors, and how to add appropriate video effects.
• Good communication, coordination, analysis, and expression skills.
• Actively participate in the activities organized by the school and have certain leadership and organizational skills.

Responsibilities:
