Job summary

PT VIBRANT GLAMOUR BEAUTY is seeking a multimedia video producer to create TikTok-ready content for our e-commerce brands. You will film with professional cameras, edit short videos, plan scripts, and support posting and optimization for social platforms.

You’ll work on-site in West Jakarta (Tomang), 5–6 days a week, 08:00–17:00, collaborating with livestream teams to craft engaging ads and campaigns. English or Mandarin fluency, 1–3 years' experience, and a compatible degree are preferred.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English or proficient in Mandarin communication.
• On-site in West Jakarta, Tomang area; 5-6 days per week, 08:00–17:00.
• Associate degree or higher, preferably in Film/TV Production, Photography, Videography, Digital Media.
• 1–3 years of relevant work experience with strong editing skills.
• Proficient with cameras/DSLRs and mobile shooting; skilled in editing software.
• Strong sense of aesthetics and knowledge of short-video trends; able to design viral content.
• Experience with TikTok growth strategies is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Film using professional cameras/DSLRs and edit short videos for e-commerce accounts.

Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for filming using professional camera / DSLRs and editing short videos for e-commerce accounts such as TikTok or others.
• Responsible for TikTok video production (specialized in e-commerce video), including content planning, scripting, filming, video editing, and posting. Ensuring smooth pacing, seamless transitions, appropriate music, and special effects.
• Collaborate with the livestream team to produce ad creatives, and participate in script and content optimization.
• Have experience in filming large-scale events, capable of managing overall photo/video aesthetics—able to produce both commercial promotional videos and TikTok-style short videos.
• Creatively present the unique features of the company's products through professional shooting perspectives.

Qualifications

• Proficient with cameras, DSLRs, and mobile shooting equipment; skilled in editing and post-production software.
• Good aesthetic sense, strong sense of rhythm and musicality; familiar with short video trends and sensitive to online hot topics. Able to design viral content and understand TikTok algorithms to increase engagement and account growth.
• Experience in TikTok account growth strategies or short-video marketing is a plus. Ability to analyze TikTok account data and develop content optimization strategies to increase GMV.
